I don’t usually leave reviews or comments but I felt the need to go out of my way to leave a review from the HORRIBLE experience I had with the “owner” of this company. I called this company on Saturday morning to schedule a maintenance service for a weekday. After-hour receptionist answered the phone and relayed the message to a technician about a “maintenance service.” The receptionist said that someone from the company would be giving me a call in the afternoon. A couple of hours passed and I received a call from a very rude and abrupt man. The first thing he said was that they “only provide emergency services on weekends, so why are you calling on a weekend?” And that they “don’t service in the Beaverton area.” First off, I called because the company website on google indicates that they’re open 24/7. Secondly, I called to schedule maintenance for one of the weekdays, not for a weekend. I apologized for calling on a weekend but he started to educate me on how doctors offices, denti

I would highly recommend Aire Serv of Vancouver to anyone! I called initially when my AC went out and Dean came out the same day to diagnose the problem. My entire unit needed to be replaced, so at that point I started the process through my home warranty company as it was going to be a bigger fix then I was willing to pay out of pocket. Fast forward a month and a half later when I was still waiting on the home warranty company to get the unit replaced and had a terrible experience with the tech they sent out. I decided to call Dean back as he had been great to work with and was just going to pay for it to get done at this point rather than wait any longer. He was amazing, he came out same day to double check the unit again and got me on the books right away. He then called me the next day to discuss the units they had available to be put in right away and worked with me on finding one that would match what I could afford and would work for my house. These guys were awesome and very helpful in making a decision to repair or replace. Dean was so informative and spent a lot of time explaining options. Never felt more informed and never pressed. Unfortunately I don’t recall the installers name, but he too was so experienced and did a fantastic job. They were on time, communication from the office pre and post installation was awesome! A very professional group and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Oh, the new system is quick, quiet and comfy.
