Justin was on time thorough but quick. He did a great job was very professional and explained a potential issue without pushing to schedule someone out. They are incredibly busy so it can take a few weeks for non-emergency but that in itself says a lot about their work. APEX air quickly replaced our old heating and cooling company that we used to use as our go to company to contact when we have issues with the heating and cooling at home or at our business locations. We used to use a different company but one time we needed something done urgently and the other company couldn’t fit us in and we called around and found apex and I have never been happier! They are so very reasonable on pricing. They communicate well. Their customer service is amazing. I couldn’t say enough good things about them.
