Our 2nd year on the maintenance plan. Affordable peace of mind. The technicians have always been prompt, courteous and friendly. Our technician today was Anthony. Excellent job. Had a visit today on 7/26/2023 because of water leaking from our furnace when the AC was running. Turns out the drain was clogged from construction debris from when the house was built a few years ago. Technician explained the issue and cleared the clog. He called his boss and they agreed that I should not be charged for the cleaning but only for the visit. Very reasonable. Services: A/C system maintenance, Heating system maintenance
The technician was very professional, he explained troubleshooting as he went through the system. also gave me tips on how to maintain the unit, thermostat, also the filters. The best part is he had the replacement parts with him. So when he left, I had a working air conditioner. Service: HVAC system repair
