Great service. Sales rep Ethan came out and did a thorough assessment. He gave us a great estimate and we discussed several different options and services. Ethan was a great listener and answered all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend Legit Exteriors.

UPDATE The new roof is done and looks great! No issues with the work itself, the installers did a good job cleaning everyday. The only issue is the communication from the office about when the project would start. If you're mostly home and readily available then it's fine but if you're taking time of work it would be a problem. Shoot for the dry months for replacement. For about 3 weeks we got excuses as to why they couldn't start, ie; some materials haven't arrived, but we were told that on the day it was supposed to start; it's raining, they're behind from another job. I would recommend Legit Exteriors for the quality workmanship. Hopefully the communication issue is a one-time thing, or maybe it's just the person we dealt with? Our roof replacement is scheduled 10-12 weeks out so no actual work has been performed but, right off the bat meeting with sales rep Chris S was fantastic. He was polite, clean and professional. Had to replace our roof and they were quick to respond. Not the best price but quick to start the job and did what they said they would in the time they quoted. Workers were on time and cleaned up they area each day. When problems were found while removing old shingles they contacted me quickly and stopped working until a new plan was in place with our approval. Found them to be honest, (thought all the plywood would need to be replaced but only needed replaced on one side) last company 20 years ago didn't do a very good job and have had problems, but this roof works great so far and looks very nice.
