Great service. Sales rep Ethan came out and did a thorough assessment. He gave us a great estimate and we discussed several different options and services. Ethan was a great listener and answered all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend Legit Exteriors.

We haven't had our roof done yet, but the inspection/quote process went well. The rep was on time and curteous. The presentation of materials used and process surprised me. I wasn't expecting that and was very impressed. I have yet to have another company do this. I have had many additional questions in the past week and the rep has been quick to answer all my questions. I will be sure to update if we choose Legit Exteriors for our roofing needs.

UPDATE The new roof is done and looks great! No issues with the work itself, the installers did a good job cleaning everyday. The only issue is the communication from the office about when the project would start. If you're mostly home and readily available then it's fine but if you're taking time of work it would be a problem. Shoot for the dry months for replacement. For about 3 weeks we got excuses as to why they couldn't start, ie; some materials haven't arrived, but we were told that on the day it was supposed to start; it's raining, they're behind from another job. I would recommend Legit Exteriors for the quality workmanship. Hopefully the communication issue is a one-time thing, or maybe it's just the person we dealt with? Our roof replacement is scheduled 10-12 weeks out so no actual work has been performed but, right off the bat meeting with sales rep Chris S was fantastic. He was polite, clean and professional.
