These people are so nice and very honest!!! Gary who does our maintenance is so friendly and fun to talk too, he told us our unit was on its last leg and totally explained and showed us what was wrong. We had a new unit put in with air conditioning and they were very careful and cleaned everything up and explained everything before they left.
