The service is phenomenal! It was very fast to get on their schedule after my estimate. Then Caleb came out and did a very good job cleaning the roof and gutters. He was so respectful of my property, and covered things to help keep the area clean. He cleaned the entire area before leaving. Good quality work. Joey & Tanner were awesome. Explained what they were doing and kept us informed about the process. Rueben who gave us the estimate did an excellent job of explaining what he found and was very helpful in assisting to get as close to a match as possible since our color had been discontinued. Very much appreciated that they put the permanent anchors in as a worker safety measure. Thanks guys!
This is the second time I've had the folks at NW Roof come out to work on my house and they are consistently excellent. Dravyn and Joey were here right when they aimed to be, did a great job making the patch they installed blend in, and were very nice folks to work with.
