Why not refund the diagnostics fee when you're unable to diagnose the problem? We were having issues with our mini split not cooling and spent $160 bucks for the diagnostics fee for the technician to tell me, "I don't know what the problem is and there are a lot more fees to find out". How is this any useful or beneficial for us? And we're still out $160 bucks? Save your money and go elsewhere.

Incredibly happy with my service! My heat went out during the winter snow storm, I called Smart Choice to schedule an appointment for diagnosis and was happy to find out they're now working weekends. I set up a 10am appointment on Sunday, the technician Greg called at 8 and said he could come earlier or wait until 10. Of course I said he could come earlier! Greg was nice and very knowledgeable. He had my heat working in about an hour and for a fraction of the cost I thought it would cost. All and all, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Smart Choice.
