3rd Gospel Heating and Cooling

Luke and his team are the only installers in the area that will install outside purchased equipment (ie, Alpine Home Air - also a great company if you're looking to save on AC equipment.) We had a snag with the weather but Luke stayed on top of the email communication and let me know what day and time worked best. On install day, I informed the two man install team of the particulars, spoke about the hurdles i saw with the job, and they went right to work. They started at 830am and finished by 130pm with the whole job completed!! Work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up after the process was over. An added bonus was they accidentally bumped into a corroded elbow coming from the exhaust on my hot water heater. When the fitting (which carries deadly carbon monoxide out the chimney) cracked open, the installer replaced the fitting at no charge and told me that he couldn't leave the corroded fitting in place as it was dangerous to do so! Words can't explain how great Luke and his crew are. I have used his company twice now both times with a very short notice and yet got a super fast response and they actually cared.
