The receptionist was very professional and knowledgeable. A plumber came the very next day and did the repair. He demonstrated all the attributes mentioned in other reviews: i.e., excellent work, courteous, professional, respectful, took time to listen, etc. We also signed up for the Diamond maintenance. We are very satisfied with their work and were pleased to know they use only parts made in the USA. We also know costs have skyrocketed so we realize everyone needs to increase their prices. We had a plumbing emergency (drain blockage) and Absolute Plumbing responded quickly and efficiently, giving us an estimate and setting up the repair the very next day. It took longer than they anticipated, but they stuck with their estimate and did an excellent job. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
