Our air conditioning went out on Friday night....we called Blount Monday morning at about 7:30am, and they had a technician here by 8:30am....we are so thankful they were able to fix the problem right away...thank you so much!
My furnace blower motor died one cold night, and the Blount repairman arrived the next morning to replace it. I really appreciated the quick response time. When I asked for an estimate on a new more energy efficient furnace, I received it the same day including options and a possible date and time for installation.
