Awesome service ***Company does not take credit. Check ONLY*** [Would have given 5 stars if took credit] (Called at 6am) On call technician called back to set an appointment within an hour of first call placement (this always will vary with amount of work. sometimes sadly not at all if too busy). Technician was here at 8am(on time). Found problem and fixed by 840am (Inducer was seized. Life expectancy of part is 12 years. Started making squealing noise. Took 2 days to finally go bad) [$350ish for part and labor $200ish(including service call)] Very nice older gentlemen. -PRICE FOR PART WAS HIGHER, BUT IT WAS ORIGINAL QUALITY AND AN ACCURATE FIT. WORTH THE NEEDED FIX- ***Company does not take credit. Check ONLY***
Helped me out with a condensation leak on a holiday weekend. It was an easy fix, so they just talked me through it on the phone for no charge.
