Absolutely stand up guy who is a professional. We were in a tough spot with an issue that could have lead to our basement flooding out and he did everything he could to help. Called once and it was picked up but then promptly hung up. Called again later and left a message, no response. Called again next day left message and no responce. I only left one star because zero is not allowed. What happened to this place? I will be VERY vocal to my neighbors as staying local used to mean something.
