We recently had our roof replaced after the hail storm in Appleton on 4/12/22. At one point we were getting daily calls from various roofing companies to do our roof. I soon realized that many of these guys were “storm chasers” who would more than likely disappear after the job was done. I wanted someone who could back up their work and would be around in the future. What good are 30 year shingles if the guys disappear the next day? Security-Luebke Roofing came and met with me and the insurance adjuster and got involved from the start. They laid out the whole process and told us what to expect moving forward. Nic was very thorough making sure we understood what was involved. The day came even earlier than promised. The crew was very polite and asked where to put the materials when they arrived and where to put the equipment. The crew was very careful to use tarps so as to protect the landscaping and siding. During the process a lawn decoration was broken. Things happen!

The representative whom sold me the roofing package (Sam K.) was extremely knowledgeable about his product and clearly outlined the benefits of all the options, without making me feel he was 'up-selling'. He was very courteous, very professional, transparent, and very patient with all of my questions. He seemed most interested that I was making the right selection for me, by making sure I understood everything he was showing me, with zero pressure. His appearance and demeanor were very professional, while also very affable. The representative working on my behalf through the whole process (Evelyn L.) was always-on, making herself completely available to my questions and concerns, extremely patient and never failed to return my emails or phone calls, or follow up with anything coming from her end. My actual roof and gutter replacement went well. The work looks good, but I'm not a roofer either so I'm sure I wouldn't be able to identify an issue if I had one. The crews that did my roof and the gutters were pretty messy. They left multiple nails in my downspouts, my lawn, and in my flower beds. I found metal scraps around a bunch of my gutters. They put their equipment on and walked through my flower beds. I would've appreciated more care from them. Also, the communication was TOO much for me. I need an email that says what the plan is and when the work will be done. I received two calls in the same week telling me the crew was coming at the end of the week. They did show up, but just one email would've been nice. Also, if you ask your customer how they'd like to be contacted, honor that. I informed them I preferred email and never once did I get an email. When I shared this feedback with the rep, she didn't seem to know what to do with it and awkwardly ended the conv
