Not only am I pleased with the job he did, but I also really like the Rheem ProTerra hybrid water heater my partner and I decided to go with. We have used Rausch twice now. Initially, we hired them in an emergency situation when our water heater broke. They provided same day service and did a great job. Since we had such a good experience, we decided to hire them again when we wanted to add a half bath into a previous hall/closet space. Everyone I worked with in the process was great. The whole crew was very professional and friendly. They listened to what I wanted. They even went as far as replacing one of my outdoor solar lights that got broken in the midst of the job. The whole job turned out great. I love my new bathroom! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!
