I would not try and get a job here they are so unprofessional. My resume was sent here for me by my school so I could do some summer work. I was contacted via phone for a meeting to discuss what I would do at Warner Electric, but I missed the call. So I called the HR person back with no answer, I tried several times over the next few days at different times with no answer, I finally got a hold of her and we scheduled the meeting. On the day of the meeting I arrived the recommended 15-20 minutes early. I ended up having to wait for close to an hour for them to call me in. It turns out the other HR person who was supposed to do this meeting with me had no idea this was going on and scheduled something else at the same time as my meeting. So there is no communication between people at this company. During the meeting I could tell that neither one of them were ready for this meeting. In the middle they basically broke out in a conversation about something totally unrelated to the job. and

Horrible place to work. Terribly mismanaged. Overpriced products. Safety is of zero concern for employee's. Equipment used for order picking cannot complete the task required. Management is not held accountable for mistakes made, employee's treated expendable always.

Do not come here with a flatbed load. I arrived at 8 am on 5/3/22 to unload. I am finally unloaded at 12:30 pm. Thank you so much waisting my day. Your business is the exact reason there Supply Chain issues.
