Over the Moon

Eric arrived in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond our expectations. We are first time home owners of a new build. We had a few things in mind that we wanted (ex dimmer switches and hanging a chandelier). He not only completed this, but he also educated us on the wiring of our outlets and the issues/ concerns down the road that could occur and the things we could do to protect our new appliances. He made a run back to get more dimmer switches so he could get it all completed in the visit. Highly recommend this company and Eric! Thank you! From the first phone call to the end of our technician Josh’s home assessment, I was very happy with the level of help and information that Over the Moon had provided. They also provided multiple different options for us to move forward with which provided a huge amount of value (and saved us money). I don’t know where to start. Over the Moon is outstanding!! Jake showed up to repair our A/C, he was professional and an expert. He explained everything about the HVAC system and he had our unit working in no time. Later that evening my wife thought the unit wasn’t working so I texted the main office. 10mins later I got a call and they told they would be the next morning to check it. The next morning at 8am I get the call that they are on their way. When they showed up we discussed buying a new unit since I was planning on doing that anyway. They gave me a great deal on a new unit and it was installed the next day. They are professional, honest and truly great people. It was a pleasure to spend my day watching the team install our new unit. We had a team of 6 technicians working to get the job done.
