Over the Moon

My wife and I came home after work on a warm Friday evening this summer and we discovered our A/C needed service. We were hosting a large party on Saturday and several elderly people would be in attendance. We completed a Contact Form for service on the company website and called the dispatcher, but the business was closed for weekend. I explained the situation to the dispatcher and explained the urgency behind having a technician come out Friday evening. Within 15 minutes Shawn called me and told me that Jake was on his way. Jake arrived less than 20 minutes later and promptly diagnosed our problem, and then began servicing the A/C unit immediately. The technician Eric was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough check up on two furnaces, Provided me with educational information and helped me understanding how the furnace works. He also helped me changing the filters I have prepared, placed the log sheets on the furnaces for future reference. He did an excellent job.
