I do not understand why people feel the need to continually list bad reviews on google when all they need to do is contact the office with any concerns with their installation. I just completed my 5TH PROJECT with Sears Home Improvements and once again the ordering process was simple, the installation impeccable on a far superior product quality that YOU CANNOT GET FROM A BIG BOX STORE and with any issues I've had in the past they've always taken care of me and made sure the situations were resolved. You get what you pay for - if you want cheap, you'll get cheap and no follow up service when you actually need it. Sears provides a far superior business model and that is why I will continue to pay a little more to make sure all my projects are taken care of correctly by a company that actually stands behind it's work.

The sales process was easy and very informative. Knowledgeable staff on product offering and features and benefits. Installation was flawless. Very happy with the product and professionalism of the installation crew. Punctual and attention to details, even the post installation clean up.
