**DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS** Horrible customer service after speaking with Mike. Their technician installed a faulty part which went out and we had hire someone else to take care of the issue. Affordable wanted to charge over $215 ($115 for a trip charge, $80 for gas to pick up the new part plus taxes) --ridiculous. No thanks. Update to Mike response below: First, you completed the repair on Nov 14th 2022, it has not been three months! Second, you never offered a free diagnostic (which I was willing to pay for) you requested for a gas charge, diagnostic charge plus "taxes"- that would not be $195!! Third, you don't warranty your work for a circuit board which should have not went that quick. Free HA! I paid a different company to come out and diagnose the issue. All I was asking is for you take care of your issue with the faulty part your company installed.
