Deceptive billing practices. We agreed for an emergency service $400 1st hour and $300 every subsequent hour. They first sent me a bill for 6 hours but then revised it to 5 hours. When I told them I have camera footage they were not on the job 5 hours they sent another revised bill this time for 4 hours. In fact they were on site for 2.5 hours but they think it's ok to bill $300/hour for time before they got to the job and after they left the job. This sort of off-site charges were never discussed nor agreed upon. If you want to bill $300 an hour for travel or paperwork then just say so upfront.

These folks are amazing. I've used them several times. Had them here to install a few new ceiling fixtures, and upon an amazing stroke of luck (I'm so sorry I don't recall his name 2 yrs later), but he had previously been an appliance installer and helped me with a RIDICULOUS and dangerous botch from another installer (dishwasher). This gentleman not only efficiently did what he came to do, but also was so sympathetic that re refused to walk away from a problem that he knew how to rectify. Just amazing. Sorry it has taken so long to respond, I was being a greedy gatekeeper because your team is AMAZING. Many, many thanks, and anyone would be silly to pass on their excellence.
