Very thorough. Gave good detailed feedback and answered my questions. Great service. Ben also did a good job delivering bad news, which isn’t always easy. He did a good job explaining why our AC unit is nearing end of life and why we should consider replacing it. Service: A/C system maintenance
Five Stars (because 6 wasn't an option). I used to think that the Van's Technicians couldn't get any better; I was wrong. If possible, I will REQUEST Rob Roy for any/all future service/repairs. Mr. Roy was prompt, courteous, PROFESSIONAL, friendly, helpful, and informative (much like ALL the previous technicians). Service: HVAC system maintenance
HVAC went out last night. It Stopped blowing cold air. Called Vans and was able to get a technician out 2 hours after I called. Dan knew immediately what it was after I explained the issues. Dan was professional and extremely knowledgeable of my HVAC. This is why I’m with Vans! Service: A/C system maintenance
