Leanne and Jim are amazing! We have a 3 month old and our heat went out over night. We woke up to the house being 60-degrees. Leanne and Jim have helped us out in the past, so I gave Leanne a call at 7am thinking they would be getting back to me later in the morning. Not only did Leanne answer but she remembered that we had a young child at the house and made this a top priority. Jim was at our house fixing our furnace before 8am. I just had my furnace and air conditioner replaced by Leading Edge last week. I did a great deal of research, and got 3 other estimates prior to meeting Jim (the owner). He and his staff are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Jim took the time to answer all of my questions, and the installation went smoothly. The cost was also significantly less than the other estimates we got for the same type of equipment, etc. I strongly recommend Leading Edge for any type of HVAC services you need!
