Jim assessed the needs of our home before suggesting an AC of a lower tonnage than what we had, since we didn't need a 2.5 ton air conditioner. He also recommended a couple of other changes to the HVAC system of our aging home. He patiently explained the technical details in answer to my many questions, drawing on years of teaching experience. The installation went smoothly, and the installers even removed the old air conditioner from under the deck. We would heartily recommend the services of Leading Edge to others.
Jim and his team were excellent to work with. I'm an Architect and have worked with many contractors, and these guys were downright excellent. Everyone was polite, prompt, and the pricing was very good. We'll use them again in the future, without hesitation. Jim and his guy's were awesome. 2 weeks ago I had the yellow truck guys out and all they could say is you need a new system. Never heard anything more. Jim from Leading Edge came out last week and got me through the heat last weekend and then today replaced my AC system for a fraction of the others.
