Duncan Electric Contractors has been servicing my Genera c Generator. I am extremely satisfied with their service. They repaired my generator after I wasted my money on 2 other service companies that claimed to repaired the problem, just to find out during the next power failure that they hadn't. The team were extremely professional, responds quickly and has excellent service representatives. I highly recommend them.
Duncan Electric Contractors came out to add a couple outlets and change out a fixture. They were on time, fast, clean, and the work was done very well. I appreciated that they also provided a good explanation of what had been done and how it could be expanded in the future if needed. Would recommend them for any electrical fixes or enhancements.
Honestly, the best customer service experience of my life. The upbeat, incredibly professional team was friendly, considerate, respectful and thorough. They did a terrific job of keeping me in the loop along every step of the way. As for results? I'm delighted with how everything came together and recommending them to neighbors and friends.
