As the owner of Frank Dale I find it very unfortunate that some folks have nothing better to do than post bogus reviews, first off we didn't do any roofs at the time stated by the reviewer, secondly our crews either place tarps over plants and 4x8 sheets of plywood to protect doors and windows . Our roofers are not allowed to smoke on the job, they may go to the truck if necessary, however I haven't seen a crew member smoking over a year. Our crews us magnetic rollers made for picking up the nails from all surfaces, is it possible to miss one or two absolutely there may be over 20 thousand nails coming from the roof replacement . The last thing I want to address is the comments about not speaking English , we hire the best installers it's not based what language they speak.

Andy responded quickly to our questions and was very informative on all our options. Roof and gutter replacement was done quickly and professionally. Clean up was spotless and you could tell the crews really paid attention to the details. We will have them back to replace our siding.

Had new roof completed which involved a complete tear off at the end of April 2020 which we thought at the time was absolutely beautiful. (Which has now become a quick nightmare.) We never had any water leaking issues until now after roof has been completed. Texted our point of contact and he did come out the follow day which was a Monday and stated he would need to come back On Wednesday 5/20. Wednesday goes by and now it’s Saturday 5/23 with still no follow ups or calls. I text our contact person with a picture of next weeks weather forecast and he stated they would be out today 5/23. After staying home all day on my husbands birthday no one ever showed up. I even texted our point of contact again around 3pm to ask for an ETA and of course no response. This morning Sunday 5/24, he finally reached out stating now someone will be out later next week. A few hours later I received a call stating someone is outside my house to look at the roof.
