I’m coming with my review from a different perspective as I do work for Maretes as a sub-contractor and have done many projects with them for a few years now. In the tile industry having a great leader on any project influences my quality of life and from time to time can be a struggle getting on the same page with general contractors. With COR Improvements it’s a whole different ball game for me and what they’ve done to help build my business but also bring excellent service to each and every client that I’ve come in contact with. Maretes and her crew are always on top of there game whether it’s the quality of work she demands from her contractors or the clear communication that’s always provided. I ensure you’ll have a great experience working with them and will leave thanking god you chose them over some of the others in the area!!!
Maretes was incredible from day one with our kitchen and guest bathroom remodel. We did a full kitchen remodel and almost a full bathroom (we left the existing floors). She listened to what was important to us as the client and used that information to draw up her plans. In less than 2 months, we were able to see her vision come to life with a kitchen more beautiful than we could have imagined and a modern, stunning bathroom. Maretes was at our house every day in that time to check on progress and to communicate every step of the process. I'm so thankful for Maretes and COR Improvements.
