Absolutely horrible in so many ways. Had on of their techs come to our house on Friday to fix our sump pump. Woke up Saturday morning to a flooded finished basement that is going to cost thousands. Had a different plumber come the next day to fix the sump pump. The ASAP tech completely messed up the check valve and piping which made the sump pump ineffective. I called ASAP Saturday multiple times…no response. I emailed Sunday…finally a response but not from the owner. One of his secretaries. She told me she would ask the owner to call me. Flash forward to today and I STILL have not heard from the owner or gotten a refund if you can believe it. Do not use this company! He is obviously not training his techs. Service: Sump pump repair

We were having issues with our garbage disposal and ASAP came out very quickly. They sent the a technician named Brenden, who spent about two hours here putting in a new one. A few weeks later, I found out it was leaking. I called again and they sent Brenden again. He spent another two hours here trying to fix it, but didn’t know how. I then had Rick stop out who had it fixed in about 30 mins. Props to Rick for being capable in his work and able to get it done. Customer service is decent when you have the right person. I would recommend this company but only from Rick being the one fixing things.
