Nicolet Heating & Cooling

Our boiler went out on a late afternoon, I called Nicolet and they were out to our home within an hour in a half. Very professional on the phone. The service tech and owner came out. They were very knowledgeable on everything and respectful. We decided to have our 30+ yr old boiler replaced. The crew came out, they were very courteous and did a phenomenal job. I made an appointment to get my furnace looked at over a month in advance. The day of the apt came and they never showed up. They even sent me a reminder the day before reminding me about my appointment. I called them and they told me my apt had been moved. They never called or emailed me about it. Needless to say I will never be going through this place again.
