Twirl Sewer Service Co

I had a sewer main back up in my basement at the worst possible time. After hours on a holiday. I called a number of places that advertised 24 hour emergency service, most didn't even answer and the ones that did seemed not to be concerned and even tried to schedule me days out. I called twirl, they answered on the first ring!! The dispatcher took my address and told me someone would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. 19 MINUTES LATER THEY WERE AT KY FRONT DOOR!!!! What a relief. The technician was super friendly and professional. He even helped me start the cleaning process as he was finishing up. Then came the time to pay. I was expecting a huge bill, I would've been happy to pay!! Instead it was a fraction of what I expected and the job was done in under an hour. Their incredibly fast response likely saved my family thousands of dollars in property damage and mitigation coats. If you ever have this problem in the Green Bay area, don't bother calling anyone besides this company. T

I had them come out about 2 weeks to unclog our floor drain in the laundry room. About once a year we need to have this done as we get some roots that grow in there. Following our service the washer was still backing up into the laundry room spewing water all over. I decided to give it a few runs before calling them back because maybe some stuff just needed to shift. The water was backing up worse than ever so I called and requested they come back because the problem was not fixed. I was told on the phone this would be free of charge since it was the same drain. However, when Ken arrived I was informed there is no guarantee on the service and would be charged again. Since the problem wasn’t ever fixed I’m not exactly sure why I should be charged twice. Following the second visit the drain seems to be draining properly. He told me he ran the machine until he came out root free this time. Maybe that should have been done the first time and I wouldn’t have had to pay for a second visit in

We had a clog in our drain in the basement. Tried clearing it myself and couldn't get to it. Called Twirl in the morning, they were here by 1230 and had it cleared in a half hour. Reasonable price and great service
