I called Twirl for a second opinion on a toilet that wouldn't flush. Another plumbing company came out and after a cursory investigation told me they had no idea why the toilet wasn't flushing, charged me for the visit and left. Twirl came today and after an initial investigation told me the same thing...but then called some colleagues to get ideas for what could be going on. Turns out it was a mineral build up in an unusual place. Cleared it up and now toilet is flushing like a champ. Charged me the same amount as the other company did for NOT solving the problem! I had Twirl come to my house today, the servicemans name was Ken. He was on-time very friendly and very informative. I had lots of questions and he took the time to answer them and explain in very detail about every question I asked. He also gave me great information on how to do preventative maintenance also explaining what came happen on how expensive things can get not doing these procedures. I was extremely happy with the work and information he took the time to share with me. I would and will recommend Twirl to anyone I talk to that has the same problem I experienced. We had a clog that resulted in a sewage backup in the basement. Roto Rooter was out the same evening but said they could not fix the issue without a septic service pumping our tank down. After several calls to other services, including one cancelled appointment, I called Twirl. Corey came out the same day and fixed the issue immediately with no excuses.
