We’ve been working with this company for the past ten years and purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from them in 2015. Their annual tuneup package is worthwhile and their staff is friendly and well trained.This year, following a tune up, our AC failed. we contacted the owner and had a tech over to assess the situation within 30 minutes, well after normal working hours. Scott (the owner), followed up and assured us that he would honor both warranty and service commitments. On a 95 degree day, Charlie spent several hours changing out a compressor, evaporator and refrigerant to get us back on line. At the end of the day, our out-of-pocket cost was very reasonable and I’d highly recommend them. It’s easy to get good ratings when everything goes well. I use their service twice a year to make sure my AC and heating will not have problems during each upcoming season. The individuals that perform the service are very professional and informative to the home owner. Beyond that they are always on time and keep you updated on progress. With a previous furnace we had several “no heat” situations. They responded quickly and solved the issues. I also had the install a new furnace and AC a few years ago. The team was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up the job sites. Hales Corners Heating and AC were first rate from their estimate to installation to their follow up...I definitely would recommend this company.
