They were the only people that I could schedule with on Christmas day. The holiday charge was only$100 flat. Satisfied with their help cleaning a main sewer line blockage!
I so rarely leave bad reviews especially for such a well reviewed company but wow my experience with ASAP was terrible. I literally had to tell the service man to lower his voice because I inquired about the final invoice and how high it was. He broke a piece of equipment "a machine malfunction" that took over hour to fix, yet still billed me for that hope until I said something. He also had to use my tools in order to fix his. He then started to raise his voice demanding his money, while I just was wondering why that hour was billed. He then wanted to take a photo of my credit card back and front for payment on his personal cell phone and was super upset claiming I thought he was a thief by requesting a more secure form of payment. 20 minutes later he finally gets ahold of the office which provided a secure way to pay. This whole thing felt like a scam. I actually filmed some of the encounter because the service guy was so aggressive.
Had a backed up drain in the basement. They came out same day for maintenance. Morgan in the office was extremely helpful.
