Kramer Heating & Cooling has worked on multiple projects at our house so far. Last winter our heat stopped working and they were over ASAP to help us get our heat back on! Fast forward to this fall, we decided to replace our boiler (due to it being 20 years old and fixed twice), John was super helpful in walking us through the options we had available to us. On the day of the work, his employees were super efficient and professional. They kept us updated on the status and completed the job in 1.5 days. I contacted Kramer Heating and Cooling thru their website to connect a new gas line, I was called immediately and scheduled an appointment for an estimate the following day. The estimated cost was emailed to me on the same day of the estimate and an installation appointment was made around my schedule. On the day of installation, John and his team arrived early, completed the work ahead of schedule and even took the time to install the gas range for me.
