We were former Prestige customers, which was acquired by Avid. This was our first time using Avid and I was pleased with every aspect of our recent service. We called over the weekend with a non-urgent matter, were called back promptly on Monday and were fit in on the same day. We had an issue with a dryer that quit. We bought a new one and had it delivered. They could not connect the gas line. We called Avid and they understood our need for dry wear. They got us in the very next morning and Art did a great job. He safely changed our gas line hooked up the dryer and we were in business.
