This was a great experience. From scheduling the appointment to the finished product I have nothing but praise for Avid Plumbing. Art, the plumber checked all the boxes, courteous, informative, and high quality work. I will use them again.
I have used Avid many times. The staff are polite and easy to work with. And the plumbers always show up on time. They’ve made a few mistakes over the years, but quickly addressed the issues, and didn’t try to bill for the extra time and/or parts. Services: Water heater installation, Plumbing leak detection, Faucet repair, Faucet installation, Plumbing leak repair
We had an issue with a dryer that quit. We bought a new one and had it delivered. They could not connect the gas line. We called Avid and they understood our need for dry wear. They got us in the very next morning and Art did a great job. He safely changed our gas line hooked up the dryer and we were in business. Quick, safe, and professional from staff on the phone to a great plumber. Thank you all!! Roger Young
