I had an outdoor spigot changed out and it looks awful. I contacted Avid and they refused to do anything about it, saying I needed to contact them within 1-2 days of the repair. Allison was great getting back to me with information. The guys doing the water heater installations were very nice to work with. Not sure how to judge the craftmanship of installation and time will tell whether or not the Bradford White brand will have been a quality choice. The Rheem brand units that were replaced at our condo lasted 42 years but chances are that "they don't make them like they used to". Fingers crossed! Service: Water heater installation
