My furnace stopped working in the winter & Todd came out immediately. I got a new furnace installed at a good price and good quality. The following year (this year, summer 2020) my AC wasn't working properly & again Todd came out quickly. I thought it was just the thermostat. Todd determined the AC unit needed replacing but agreed we could try just replacing the thermostat. Within a month, I needed a new AC unit. He was right!! Todd and his crew/office folks have been responsive to my needs and given good advice when faced with a decision.
