They are AMAZING!!!! We love this company. Not only did they not try to upsell us they looked out for our best interest. They were right on schedule for the installation. All of their people, and we mean ALL of them are kind, considerate, and very professional. We replaced our windows last year and replaced our sliding "French" doors this year. Sad we have nothing left to replace. If we did we would hands down use them again. Service: Sliding glass door installation & replacement

The process of residing our house seemed like a big and scary undertaking that I was nervous to tackle. Genesis not only worked with me every step of the way, in a timely manner but also worked through my insurance company. Residing my entire house only took the workers 1 full day and 3 hours the next day. The workers were thoughtful and kind given I have two very small children that would wave at them through the windows.

I had two rooms painted. They look great but I was disappointed with the initial communication with the lead on my project. He apparently emailed the wrong customer with a question then never followed up when he didn’t hear back. It wasn’t until the day my place scheduled to be painted when I called asking when they would arrive that the error was discovered and it pushed the timeline back on my house project by a day and a half. Not the worst thing but better communication about everything would have made it a 5 star especially given the price ($1,200 for a bedroom and a bathroom). Again, gorgeous work though!
