Genesis Exteriors

Project: Siding, soffit, facia and gutter replacement and new gutter guards installed on two story home, attached garage and separate two car workshop. Even before this project began I knew I wanted Genesis Exteriors to do the work. I had heard many good things about the company and since this was a big project I wanted it to be completed without any big problems. My family put their trust in my opinion of using Genesis, and we were not disappointed! From my first meeting with salesperson Matt, to the closing of the project with Jose, Scott and Chris my family and I were immensely happy. We were kept informed of every step of the project. When any problems were encountered (rot around chimney plywood), it was handled quickly, efficiently and affordably. Love my windows! Genesis was great to work with. They addressed all my questions and concerns and worked to make sure they delivered a product and experience I was happy with.

I had two rooms painted. They look great but I was disappointed with the initial communication with the lead on my project. He apparently emailed the wrong customer with a question then never followed up when he didn’t hear back. It wasn’t until the day my place scheduled to be painted when I called asking when they would arrive that the error was discovered and it pushed the timeline back on my house project by a day and a half. Not the worst thing but better communication about everything would have made it a 5 star especially given the price ($1,200 for a bedroom and a bathroom). Again, gorgeous work though!
