I hired Robert’s Plumbing to do what they told me would be a simple, one-day project involving new hook-ups for a washer and dryer. I’m normally a DIY guy, but since it involved gas, I decided to let the professionals handle this one. Unfortunately, what I got was less than professional. To be fair, in the end they did the job I hired them to do, but along the way there were several issues that required me to follow up and chase them down to come back several times to get it right. The errors ranged from silly things, for example a water hose that wasn’t completely tightened down causing it to leak all over the floor, or forgetting to relight the furnace pilot light on a cold night, to downright dangerous- like when I found a wad of paper INSIDE the dryer duct vent, causing a blockage and obvious carbon monoxide hazard. We used Robert’s Plumbing & Heating to replace our water main. They were right on time, both workers were very nice and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing during the entire process. Their work was flawless and they cleaned everything up nicely!! It was garbage day and they even brought our empty toters back into the garage for us! We’ll definitely be using them again for all of our plumbing needs!!
