Palisades Heating & Cooling

At 4:10 pm on Thursday 6/25 I called in to their office and told them that my hot water heater had croaked and started to spray water all over the place. I let them know that I had turned the water off. The lady in the office told me that she would send someone over. 8 minutes later two men arrived and drained the water heater. One tried but told me he was unable to secure a new water heater that late in the day. He told me that he would have one at 7am this morning. At 7:40 two men showed up and by 8:50 my new water heater was installed and working. This is the definition of quality service! Thanks for such a great experience !!!

This is my 3rd time using Palisades Heating and Cooling and once again they have gone above and beyond service my unit. From the office staff to the service technician I was made to feel like I was there most important customer of the day. The technician was on time, communicated everything with me, cleaned up and even turned off lights. Hands down a great company and one I will recommend to anyone. Outstanding service. I called when they opened at 7, my furnace was up and running again by noon. The owner, Jeff, is a straight shooter, and the tech that fixed it, Craig, I believe, was efficient, provided a great explanation of the problem and the solution , and was a pleasure to work with .
