Palisades Heating & Cooling

At 4:10 pm on Thursday 6/25 I called in to their office and told them that my hot water heater had croaked and started to spray water all over the place. I let them know that I had turned the water off. The lady in the office told me that she would send someone over. 8 minutes later two men arrived and drained the water heater. One tried but told me he was unable to secure a new water heater that late in the day. He told me that he would have one at 7am this morning. At 7:40 two men showed up and by 8:50 my new water heater was installed and working. This is the definition of quality service! Thanks for such a great experience !!!

Fantastic response, analysis and sense of humor when the awful mystery smell was in fact not a dead animal that got into my furnace or carbon monoxide…but a water spill that sat for days under a mattress. This team was wonderful, responsive, thorough, understanding and lighthearted. I would recommend them over and over again…but next time I will check the rug before calling. :). Summer is here and it's hot! Time to crank up the A/C and cool down...or not. When your A/C isn't doing it's job, you want someone you can trust to do the job right, diagnose the problem accurately, get it done expertly and in a reasonable time frame, and charge a fair, reasonable price. Well, Palisades is your answer. Start of summer is overwhelming for A/C repairman and I was prepared to have to wait at least days if not a week. The receptionist/dispatcher was awesome, so helpful even though she was buried in service call requests. We set an appointment for several days out but she said if anything opened up sooner she'd let me know. I thought "Yeah, right. THAT'S never going to happen". Within 2 hours, a tech gave me a call, had some time between other jobs and was nearby, could come by in 10 minutes! YES! He was here in 5, fixed the problem for less than $200, and got himself a very happy, loyal customer for life. ???? So if your A/C isn't doing it's job, don't sweat it, just call
