Have been using Capital for many years now and have never been disappointed. Customer service is always helpful and friendly with prompt response and easy accessibility to appointments. Recently had Kyle perform annual maintenance and emergent repairs on my furnace; he was thorough and clearly explained the problems he found and helpfully discussed the potential options. We ended up replacing the unit. Krystle was extremely helpful in clarifying our needs and wants from a new system, discussing potential options, and making a necessary expensive purchase as reassuring and painless as possible. And Ethan and Otilio, the installers, were extremely professional and courteous, ensured everything was cleaned up, and did a great job of walking us through the operation of the new system. We had an amazing experience with Capitol heating, cooling and electrical while having a new furnace/AC installed and air ducks cleaned. Brad was fantastic! He was very friendly, called to let us know when he would arrive, explained what he was about to do and to my pleasant surprise came and worked despite the rain and low temperature yesterday. I had figured you would call and reschedule due to the weather as you had done b4. He worked both inside and outside in the rain, that with an umbrella, put shoe covers on when in the house and took time to answer several of my questions while here. At the end he presented his finding, explained the condition of our system & the repairs he did and the ones we should do either now or in the near future. He also suggested what else we could have you do & install in the future, including joining your Capital Cares Club.
