We called in for AC repair/replacement and were pleased with the responsiveness of the team. However, once the technician arrived it turned into a rather hard sales pitch for a new furnace, air quality control/duct cleaning, and a reoccurring subscription program. After calling in for an AC repair/new system repair, the technician drilled into our ducts in the basement and left metal shavings all over the floor & did not clean up. While I appreciated the responsiveness of the team, I did not appreciate the hard sell and the no cleanup from the drilling into our ducts. We went with another business in the area.

We have NEVER worked with a company that was as thorough as this one. Anthony, Jordan and team were all exceptional and took the time to explain and advise on what was appropriate for our situation. I had them come out to clean my ducts and they got back to me to set up an appointment within a day. Jon came to clean our vents and he was amazing. He broke things down when I didn’t understand and was very polite and courteous, even patiently giving us time to swap what room we had the cats in so that he could get into them.
