Tosa Plumbing is an outstanding business. We needed to replace our water heater as we found it leaking after we were gone several days. It was a Friday and several places I called could not come out until the following week and one company could not even give me a price and only would do when the technician came out to do the work (R. . . . Electric). John at Tosa went out of his way by first asking for the model & serial number of the old tank and investigated to fine that the heater was still under warranty and Rheem would replace the tank with no charge. Tosa was also available to install the new tank that day and they even took the old tank back to the place it was originally gotten (required) to get the replacement. From the initial call to Tosa, they had a crew out within an hour and a half and completed all the work including exchanging the tank within 2 hours. When my water heater started leaking several days ago, I contacted a number of contractors to get estimates on replacing it. Tosa Plumbing was the ONLY one to respond with a detailed quote, covering exactly what would be done and what products would be used, rather than just a verbal estimate . In addition, Tosa Plumbing was the only place that gave me 2 choices--a basic "plain vanilla" electric heater to replace the same, or an upgrade to a super-efficient "heat pump" heater. John and his apprentice were able to come the next day after I accepted their quote and arrived right on time. I'd mentioned to John that this might be a bit of a non-standard installation, as I live in an old farmhouse and conditions would be different than in a newer place, but that didn't seem to throw him. They completed the work in a timely manner and all seems to be working just fine so far. I am more than happy with all aspects of the job at this point and certainly would recommend Tosa Plumbing to som
