Kingdom Contracting

As a single woman and mother, it was important to me to find a company who would not take advantage of me. I had previous very poor experiences with another company who was supposed to replace my fascia and install vented soffit. They took a 1,000 dollar deposit from me and actually canceled the project the morning of the install without contacting me. When I called them, they said they underbid the job and couldn’t honor their word on the contract. I immediately called Kingdom Contracting. Sam came out to get the contract signed and go over it with me. He was very respectful and detail oriented. He knew that I was in a delicate situation financially without having the 1,000 deposit back from the other company and Sam was willing to work with me on that. Everyone I met was super friendly and professional. The work on my house was really quick, and the final product was far better than I expected! A great company to work with for your home improvement needs! They repaired/replaced shingles along a leaky roof drip edge, replaced all ridge shingles, repaired/replaced chimney flashing and addressed a soffit issue we were having. From the initial inspection and quote from Sam to the project scheduling with Andy and the project management by Mike, we were always kept well-informed as to the progress of our job.
