The best part about local small business is discovering teams who truly care about and take pride in their work! I am, admittedly, not super knowledgeable when it comes to home improvement/contractors. But I've truly never had a more pleasant experience hiring a trade specialist. It was so easy and refreshing to work with Erik and the whole team at Oasis - from my first phone call, through every interaction at home until they got my AC back up and running again (the very same day, only a couple hours later!). Their knowledgeability, level of service, and patience with me as a customer made me feel so confident in my choice. I truly can't say enough about Erik. I needed a new heating unit quickly, and he took care of it. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. If you have any tensions about finding a new heating/cooling company, he'll set your nerves at ease. And so far, the new furnace is working swell! Service: Heating system installation
Eric and Henry were wondering! They came out and serviced what we thought was the problem! Once we noticed we were still having heating issues they came back as soon as they could and worked until they figured out the real issue. Not to mention I originally called at 2am Eric answered and was able to get me in later that day. Not once but twice! I will definitely be calling him for all my heating and cooling need’s moving forward.
