Our AC went out during the stretch of warm weather and our warranty company appointed them. They were able to come out the next day and fix it within an hour. We had very good experience with Cameron and he was very professional. I recommend them
I had an extremely rough time with my home warranty trying to get a company out for one of my furnaces and then the other furnace went down as well. I called Pro Tech Mechanical and Ed answered the phone. Not only was he extremely empathetic, but he was also very knowledgeable about what was happening at both of the properties when I described the issues. While it was toward the end of the day, we decided to tackle one of them. Ed arrived at the house with Cameron. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly fix the issue and told me my options for a more permanent fix. None of the other companies told me that I would continue to have the issue if I didn't get a new thermostat (or the larger fix of upgrading the furnace, will I'll definitely do in the near future). My tenant had been using a space heater and I had been freezing for a couple of days (winter in February in Wisconsin) so I really appreciated the quick response, the empathy, and just being info
