I recently bought an old house with no ducts or central air, so I decided to get ductless ac installed. RJ heating and air conditioning were able to get me a quote and a plan immediately, and scheduled installation just a week or so later. Everything was installed quickly and professionally within the allotted time frame. The installer s were friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions about how to use and maintain the system. Everything is working great! All-in-all a great experience! I had an issue with my heating and the same morning Brian, from RJ's, was at my house! As a 24 y/o woman it was nice that he actually talked me through what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. He expressed the importance of annual cleanings and maintenance and compared it to how important it is for you to get an oil change on your car to keep it working properly. He fixed the problem within minutes, LITERALLY. He even helped me install a new filter that I had laying around. He was very personable and knowledgable. My furnace was not pushing out heat. Another company looked at it, told me it wasn't covered under warranty, and wanted to charge me thousands of dollars or replace the furnace.
