I heard this company’s ad over the radio just when I needed it most! I gave them a call and the staff members who spoke to me today were down right amazing!!! Our tech arrived; inspected our furnace and got everything we needed to get the job done right the first time! I had an issue with my heating and the same morning Brian, from RJ's, was at my house! As a 24 y/o woman it was nice that he actually talked me through what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. He expressed the importance of annual cleanings and maintenance and compared it to how important it is for you to get an oil change on your car to keep it working properly. He fixed the problem within minutes, LITERALLY. He even helped me install a new filter that I had laying around. He was very personable and knowledgable.
