I called on a Wednesday afternoon because my bathroom light would not turn off. Was able to schedule an appointment Friday morning, which was great. I got a confirmation text and email of the appointment. I also got a text and call on Friday morning when the electrician was heading my way. The best feature, in my opinion, is that I was texted a photo of the electrician. As someone who lives alone, this is important for my safety. Work was done well and quickly. The electrician was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me some information to upgrade my wiring - my house is old - but there was no hard sell. Very pleased with service. Pricing is good and they are upfront on cost when you schedule your appointment.

All three service technicians who worked on my kitchen were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, hardworking (the guy here today, James, worked nonstop for over seven hours), and very courteous.
