We called to get a diagnosis about a failed water softener. That done and a replacement ordered, we also had our kitchen faucet replaced and outdoor silicone repaired. Dave Jones was awesome! We called with an air conditioning issue knowing it was about to be in the 90s and they showed up next day and fixed it. Our service rep was timely, nice, and knew exactly what to do. Would recommend! This is the third time we have called Dave Jones and they’ve always been wonderfully helpful and expedient. Adrian came over this morning for an HVAC filter service. He is always right on time, so friendly, and respectful of our home. He is a great asset to the company! That smoke did quite a number on our main filter after only 3 months. I'm glad I had the service done!
