Arrowhead Electric

Wow, Where do I start. A friend of mine recommended Arrowhead Electric when I was in need of electrical installation for a Hot Tub. With COVID going on I had been giving a large window of over 6 months for it to be delivered. I was able to quickly speak with Mike who was extremely professional early on with me waiting. He told me to contact him when I had an actual delivery date. I contacted him 4 months later and he remembered me and was able to set a date a week after our delivery date. I am extremely busy with my work and I can’t thank him and his team enough for being early to my appointment and thorough on the installation. I was even able to have Mike quote me on some future adjustments for my house and he was pleased to help problem solve some of my issues. Mike thank you very much and thank your team! I would have written this in a more timely manner but I have been enjoying my hot tub the last week and a half!

The tired smoke detector in my bedroom went off at ridiculous o'clock and as it was hard wired, I needed urgent assistance to have it replaced. I called Arrowhead and received a prompt reply - Mike was able to assist me the same day in getting all of my detectors changed out. I am so thankful and appreciative!! Arrowhead Electric has a customer for life!

Reached out to Mike to add some extra outlets for us - very professional and accommodating with scheduling. Justin came to do the work - very nice and answered all my questions while on-site. Would highly recommend Mike and his crew - I will definitely call them when I need any work done in the future!
