Ogden Plumbing

Work done was to re-install a commercial dishwasher to add service access. The Plummer, had a great attitude, arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done exactly as required and the results were better than expected. We would be happy to utilize them again.

Last night at 4:30 PM, our sewer became frozen and wouldn't drain. We had water starting to backup. We called Ogden, they said oh no, not good, this can't wait and they had someone there within 30 minutes. The two guys who arrived were super professional and followed Covid protocols. They kept us updated and were done and out by 6:30. They cleaned everything up, there was absolutely no mess. They made sure our plumbing was working, cleaned up the area where the sewer started to backup and put everything back the way it was! I was so impressed. We have used Ogden Plumbing in the past and tonight was not the first time Ogden Plumbing has saved our butts, and while I hope it's the last, I know who we will be calling when we need plumbing in the future and if/when we have an emergency. My family and I always had great services until I had to call today. It seemed like the person on the phone did not want to help. To keep it brief I told them my issue, they told me they can’t have someone come till Monday. Later on in the call I find out she never checked, as she said let me actually see what’s going on Monday. And also told me as other emergency pop up over the weekend I would have to wait. Our hot water heater isn’t working, we have no hot water. But I guess that’s not an emergency or important. Overall this time I felt very uncared for she didn’t even care what was wrong just said it’ll be this much + parts thanks bye. And she was arguing with me that plumers don’t do free estimates tht its 100 dollars to find out what’s wrong????. so yes, I went to tureks and service was great I will be going there for the lifetime of my house now probably.
