Water seeping into basement. Called Ogden Plumbing. Fast response less than 30 minutes. Analyzed problem, sump pump failure. New pump installed and operational quickly. Resolved and functioning within the hour. Fast, responsive, and quality service that I recommend.

I had called them for 3 different repairs. A single sink, toilet, & a 3 sink. I opted to only having 2 done as that would have been $600 instead of $1000 for repairs. (The toilet and single sink.) I hoped the 3 sink would last awhile. After my 3 sink broke completely a couple weeks later I called for repair. They said they wouldn’t do repairs since I wouldn’t do all 3 at the same time and it wasted their time coming out again. I’m not sure what the issues where and if there were any I was not informed! I ended up going with waters plumbing. They have been great!

Last night at 4:30 PM, our sewer became frozen and wouldn't drain. We had water starting to backup. We called Ogden, they said oh no, not good, this can't wait and they had someone there within 30 minutes. The two guys who arrived were super professional and followed Covid protocols. They kept us updated and were done and out by 6:30. They cleaned everything up, there was absolutely no mess. They made sure our plumbing was working, cleaned up the area where the sewer started to backup and put everything back the way it was! I was so impressed. We have used Ogden Plumbing in the past and tonight was not the first time Ogden Plumbing has saved our butts, and while I hope it's the last, I know who we will be calling when we need plumbing in the future and if/when we have an emergency.
