Working with Smart Roofing was a great experience from start to finish. Having initially solicited site visits and estimates from several different companies, we ultimately went with Smart Roofing based on the favorable price(although not the very cheapest), quality of inspection thoroughness and knowledge, local history, follow-up through the estimate process, and trust they built with us on the quality and reputation they would bring to our project. We were not disappointed with our decision, and both Tom and Dale impressed us at every turn. All of our questions prior to accepting the estimate were answered thoroughly and their advice on options for the scope of work were honest and clear. The work itself actually started earlier than initially estimated, and everyone working on site appeared very competent, paying attention to the quality of work as well as the impact on the rest of the house and yard. I was very happy with Dale not only did he answer his phone (no answering services or machines) he squeezed me in his busy schedule. He help fix my leeking roof in my kitchen. Dale and his crew are incredibly responsive. We had a single raised shingle from a roof installed in 2001, and they responded immediately to address that issue and as well as another minor problem they noticed.
