The roof Tuneup by Luke was very thorough, yet only took about an hour. He arrived earlier than expected and showed me the pictures of the variety of problem areas that he was able to fix with abundant quality including replacing some missing shingles to the correct matching color and pattern. I was assured that all my roof areas still have a healthy life yet for some more years. I was fortunate to have this tune up service done now in 2023 after having certain sections of roof done in 2016, 2011, and 2009. I'm also looking forward to using TriCounty Contractors in near future to replace my old rubber roof portion when all the materials are back in supply. I called and left a message which was returned promptly. An estimator came to look at my roof within a week and emailed the estimates within a day or two; advising roughly how many years are left on the roof. Friendly & professional people:)

Came down to Kenosha county at no extra charge, they show up annually for the roof inspection. very efficient and could never tell they were here once they left. Pricing was very competitive. Have recommended them to the neighbors. Would call them again but such a nice roof replacement will not need to for a long while. Service: Roof installation
