I had several neighbors who were replacing their roofs. Their roofs were newer than mine so it got me wondering whether mine needed replacing too. A new roof is expensive, so I didn't want to spend the money if it wasn't necessary (and I didn't want to go up on my high two-story roof to look around myself). I heard Tri-County's radio ad for their Worry-Free Roof Tune-up and thought, "That's just what I need." And, it was! Their professional technician Luke was out in just a few days, gave a full inspection, and did the minor repairs required on a 20+ year roof. He gave me pictures of the condition of the roof and the work that was done. Now, I have the peace of mind that my roof is in good shape and won't need replacing for a while...all for $650.

I called and left a message which was returned promptly. An estimator came to look at my roof within a week and emailed the estimates within a day or two; advising roughly how many years are left on the roof. Friendly & professional people:)
