The roof Tuneup by Luke was very thorough, yet only took about an hour. He arrived earlier than expected and showed me the pictures of the variety of problem areas that he was able to fix with abundant quality including replacing some missing shingles to the correct matching color and pattern. I was assured that all my roof areas still have a healthy life yet for some more years. I was fortunate to have this tune up service done now in 2023 after having certain sections of roof done in 2016, 2011, and 2009. I'm also looking forward to using TriCounty Contractors in near future to replace my old rubber roof portion when all the materials are back in supply.
