Just had Dan out to take a look at the roof, thought we had hail damage or needed replacement due to condition. He took me up on the roof and explained what was needed, and it did not include a new roof, mine still has up to ten years left on it according to Dan. What a pleasure and a nice surprise to get an honest, knowledgeable opinion. I can safely say that when I do need a roof replacement, I'll be calling Panther Exteriors.
