Panther Exteriors made our house look brand new! Lance was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He and his crew installed our new roof, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia in less than a week. The roof was done in one day! Lance was great about keeping us the loop as everything was getting completed, following up after things were done, and making sure even the smallest detail was just right. Panther Exterior re-roofed my neighbor's home. When they arrived, they parked in my driveway, which runs between our houses. I politely informed the foreman that I needed to get out of my driveway, and that he was not permitted to park on my property. He moved his truck and I left for work. When I returned home, I found that the Panther truck, as well as their dumpster were parked in my driveway. They also had plugged two extension cords into my outlet, even though they had a generator running nearby. When confronted, the foreman said "we haven't used those in a little while", as if that made it ok. When they left, I walked my driveway with a magnet, finding a total of 8 roofing nails. If you strongly dislike your neighbor, go with these guys. Otherwise, I recommend you look elsewhere.
