Panther Exteriors was referred to me for some storm damage to the fascia on my roof. I spoke first with Dan who was extremely professional and took his time talking to me about the work I would need done. I appreciate that while I know he was busy that day, I never felt rushed through the conversation. I spoke with Dawn to schedule an estimate, she also was pleasant and professional. Lance came out to check the damage and was able to fix it within the timeframe for the estimate. Again, another employee with great professionalism. While I probably had the smallest job for them at least this week, if not this month,I felt like an important customer. The price was below another contractor's rough estimate. We got several quotes for our roof. Panther came in competitive. Lance was great to work with. They replaced our roof, gutter guards, some minor siding repairs and rebuilt our weathervane. Panther really stood out because Lance who worked on our home also was the person who quoted us so there was no disconnect between sales and the completed product.
