I randomly called Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning to research their programs and costs. Within minutes of that first call I was convinced that working with their team would be a great decision. Right away their team was "on it", staying in touch, working to get us improved dates for service (which they delivered on), as well as educating us on what we needed to get done. We are now on their yearly maintenance plan. We've already had one visit and the technician they sent (Kevin) was top notch. Very professional, great customer service and total mastery of his craft. To us this visit was a confirmation of the choice we made when we decided to go with their team. Explaining what was good or in need of repair and showing me why and what I could do to myself with these items. Knowing that I could only do so much he helped prioritize the problems that I should look into first. Team Kyle and John came out within a couple of days and replaced my sump pump and my outside water spouts. Great team, they explained to me what they were going to do before they started and then showed me what they had done and made sure that they all worked great before they left. Cleaned up and left no mess and it all took around 2 hours to do. Excellent service and great service people means a job well done and a very happy customer.
