Our A/C went out overnight just as we were expecting a 100 F day. Called Cardinal in the morning and by 2PM they sent out a technician, Cole who was highly professional and able to diagnose the issue within several minutes and go over the repair charges. The repair cost was competitive and fair. He fixed it quickly. I then asked if he does electrical work and he informed me that he doesn't but that he could put me in contact with their electrical dispatch. Within an hour I was able to set up an appointment with an electrician in a couple days - where the wait with other electricians was several weeks. Andy came out and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to fix our electrical outlet issues and installed a surge protector. I randomly called Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning to research their programs and costs. Within minutes of that first call I was convinced that working with their team would be a great decision. Right away their team was "on it", staying in touch, working to get us improved dates for service (which they delivered on), as well as educating us on what we needed to get done. We are now on their yearly maintenance plan. We've already had one visit and the technician they sent (Kevin) was top notch. Very professional, great customer service and total mastery of his craft. To us this visit was a confirmation of the choice we made when we decided to go with their team.
