I called Jeff at midnight, I had a tree root clog in my basement drain. Water was backing up into my basement everytime we used the toilet or sink. I called him at 12 he was here by 1230. We had our sewer line back up into our basement. Jeff was awesome! I called two other places and one called back the next day the other never did call back. Called Jeff in the event of an emergency on a Saturday night regarding water leak. Turned out the water leak was a fire suppression system. Jeff went out of his way to go to the fire department to turn off the fire suppression system in our building. He went well above his duty to help fix my problem!
